setting up mini tub shocks

I am working on a 69 camaro and have dse mini tubs(w/leafspring 3" drop) and crossrail installed. My question is, does anyone know what is the best angle inward the shocks should be? Some people tell me to angle them inward and some say keep them as vertical as possible. I am not planning on racing the car but, wanted the best all around ride.
Thanks,
Jon

Jon,

Many years ago when I set up my 67 camaro DSE mini tub and 3 inch drop leaf, Kyle Tucker had me set it up 0-5 degrees front to back and 10 degrees inward. As for the best ride, my opinion, its not possible, leafs drive like truck and always will. Ive since sold that car and built another one with a quad link. Of course its arguable but when you drive a 4link/3link/torque arm set up you immediatly feel the differance, to me theres no comparison. Your car will handle very nicely, just dont bite your tongue when you hit the tracks

BTW- I ran a rubber front spring eye bushing and urathane in the rear eye/shackle. no rubber under the spring pad to rear end perch
