ProCharged 406 for sale

This one is from the blue Camaro on my website. It made 691 rwhp on pump gas. He's decided he wants an aluminum 540 so this engine is being sold complete. Good running engine with no issues.

Very interested! What would it take to get everything to make turn key?? allteh belts, hoses, brackets, etc?

How streetable is this motor with a "partial block fill"? Any overheating issues? Also does the motor have an aftermarket block?

All the blower specific stuff is there. The stock radiator and heater hoses work. A normal front mount alternator works fine.

It is a factory 400 2 bolt block. The partial fill is something I've done on all three of these I've had. None had cooling issues. Almost required with the GM block and high hp.

This one never went over 180 degrees. I remember being stuck for a train on a 100+ degree day and we let it idle for the full 15 minutes it took for the super-slow moving train. It would hit 180 degrees, the computer turned the Mark VIII fan on and it would cool back to 170 degrees where the computer shut the fan off. This happened a few times, slowly building back up in temp while the fan was off. As soon as the fan started it didn't gain a single degree of temp, just headed back down.

Jody,

Can you run the front runner system with this setup?

Not without a lot of work if at all. The blower has specific spacing and pulleys to work with their mount, all of which will be in the way of a front runner. Now if a guy wanted to fab up his own custom blower mount to put it in line with the front runner stuff then it's probably possible.
