That's cool! I'm in georgia, and over here we can run an actual plate from the past (50's, 60's, 70's) on the rear of our vehicles. We have to register the old plate to our vehicle AND our NEW plate, which must be IN the vehicle at all times. Most folks put the new plate under the seat. I have acquired several 70' plates for my Chevelle build, and I'm trying to figure out which one i like best.

That is great to hear:thumbsup:
I have a question, I have been wanting to put black plates back on my camaro. I have one of the original ones that I kept when I got the personalized plates 20 years ago........... Would I be better off going with the YOM route or waiting two years for one of these new plates with my old #s on it?? I have been told that you DON'T want to march into the DMV with my old plate because they will take it away:_paranoid Those of you that know the system, how should I go about doing this?? I don't want to hijack this thread so a pm would be great!! Thanks for sharing this link! It's looking quite possible that I might be able to get black plates back   |
