Early Wayne Due front subframe PS question

Hey guys it been awhile since Ive been on here . Extremely busy which is great ..

I was wondering if anyone remembers the old wayne due front subframe? I have a customers car in that has this old frame under it and it has a manual rack in it.

Customer wants to go to power steering but the rack is posing a problem.
Does anyone know if Wayne made frames that accepted PS racks and manual racks? Seems like a stupid thing to have 2 different versions . I tried numerous racks only to be left with nothing.

Any help would be great . Our customer is looking at switching the front frame just for this which might be the only option just a exspensive one. Thanks

Mine was a power rack. Thought it was off a Mustang, but not positive.

Looks like the same rack DSE uses. I think Jody is right, off an 80's Mustang.

problem is the IBJ lengths ...easy to change on a manual rack not as much on a power. Buying a mustang rack will bolt in the ends need to be changed...thats being a problem

So I take it a DSE unit won't work? I bought the subframe new from a friend, who got it straight from Wayne. I think I had to buy the rack from Wayne, no idea where he was getting them modded, if that is indeed the case.
