Another side of things I do at Fletchers Custom
Got contracted by a large lending company to provide automotive themed trophies for the yearly conference held in Orlando. The "branding" company in charge of the event for the main player, found a picture of a trophy I built years ago and contacted me to see I can was interested in building some more. After they provided me with some rough scetches we were on our way.
Started with a chunk of 1/2" thick aluminum for the bases. All the parts consists of parts out of my motor I blew ups couple years back. The gears used we're $12 sets for a V4 chevye s-10 motor, cost me $12 each set. I roughly have 3 hours in each, and maybe $25 total. The colors of the parts are the company colors, which I custom matched. e Overall think they turned out great, and the customer was ecstatic and very easy to work with http://www.fletcherscustoms.com/copp...lling_base.JPG http://www.fletcherscustoms.com/copp..._gearscrew.JPG http://www.fletcherscustoms.com/copp...polishBASE.JPG http://www.fletcherscustoms.com/copp...hy_Mock_up.JPG http://www.fletcherscustoms.com/copp..._fullmock2.JPG http://www.fletcherscustoms.com/copp...basew_gear.JPG http://www.fletcherscustoms.com/copp...mal_allsix.JPG http://www.fletcherscustoms.com/copp...ormal_done.JPG |
