Viper T-56 6 speed transmission
 

Turns out this will not work for my project. I am selling a t56 6 speed trans from a 1999 Dodge Viper. I have completely disassembled it so I could change the main shaft to what I need, turns out it will not work. Condition of all parts is good. I did chip a small part of the 3-4 synchro assy removing it but it does not look too bad. Also I lost some of the keys but was going to run billet ones anyways and the bearing for the front of the main shaft got damaged when I pulled it off. These are rather easy to reassemble and could be done with no press, just a few tubes and tools. I really need to keep the Viper mid plate, would also like to keep the steel 3-4 shifter fork. Prices are $1100 for everything, $900 if I keep the mid plate and $850 if I keep the mid plate and shifter fork (they sell for around $60 from any trans parts place). I do not know the mileage of the car but the fluid looked great and there were no bits of metal on the magnets. Everything looks great and I found no evidence of damage anywhere.
