Big Block/'68 Chevelle
 

Hey Guys,

I'm building a standard deck 454 for a customer. It's going in a '68 Chevelle with the stock hood.
Question;
Can I use a Performer RPM Air Gap along with a Quick Fuel carb and still make an air cleaner fit under the hood without too much trouble?
If not, please let me know what will or will not fit.

According to this tech note anything taller than a Performer RPM doesn't clear a stock hood, and the Airgap is listed as the same height, so looks like it will work.
