That's actually an environmental disaster. Those are a species of Chinese carp that made their way into the river system and are overbreeding and destroying the natural fish population. :(

Yeah I thought it said silver carp, in the intro. So they just jump into the air? Environmental disaster, huh? Well now, who needs to buy skeet, when you can just go down to the river?
