B pillar repair

Anyone have any recommendations on fixing this? I have a replacement B pillar and quarter but, would rather leave it original sheet metal (I will have to graft the top of my current pillar on the new replacement).

You can not be serious! You have major rust issues, you have replacement parts and you just want to patch the holes? Once you get that quarter off, you will see that it needed to be replaced along with the door jamb piece.

It is actually only surface rust. The hole is from something impaling it. Whatever it was went all the way thru the inner panel.

I wouldn't even think twice. You're OK with all that mud and who knows what else is hiding under there? I can bet there is more rust in other places.

Get out a da or grinder and strip that baby down to start!

Start cutting......embrace the new.

I had to replace my whole roof and unibody structure because of a tiny 3/4" hole. You will be amazed as to what is hiding. I got all my AMD sheet metal from Stephan (elite custom body) in the above post. Good guy.

I'm having a hard time embracing the cutting but, I suppose I will....I already have the partial quarter patch panel. Although, it doesn't come all the way up to the top.

At least as far as I can see down inside the quarter, no rust...
