sub belt slot
 

I want to add a sub belt slot in my Sparco seats (the slot that goes through the seat base for the 5th point belt). I called Sparco and they said to take the seats to an upolstry shop. Has anyone here added a sub belt slot to their seats? I'm wondering what other options there are besides taking the seats in to an upolstry shop.

It is my understanding that a 6pt harness can have the sub belts pass thru the hinge at the back of the seat.

Thanks for the info... I might consider going that route if I can't find an easy way to put the slots in.
