Engine Dyno Costs

Looking to get my motor dyno tuned by a profesional before I drop it back in my car. I got one quote today but wanted to get an idea of what guys were paying.
Thanks in advance.

We charged $550.00 for a day (Eng dyno). That did not include fuel or any extra parts we had to supply, jets, gaskets etc

Unfortunately it's not a cheap date. You are paying for at least one guys valuable time for a day + fuel and the wear and tear on their expensive machine.

I had the good fortune of getting a couple dyno days on the house since a friend of mine has a dyno. I paid for one dyno day, that was $500. I actually think that is on the low end.

Thanks guys. I was quoted $800 and that doesn't include fuel and parts. I thought the price seemed high but if he has good references maybe it will be worth it.
I just started my search today so we will see what turns up.

$750 I believe is what Watson is charging me for the full day. You should come see their shop one of these days man... it's pretty impressive. Where is your $800 quote from?

Just got the name e-mailed to me now. Pecavar Racing.

Definitely would like to schedule a field trip.
