my head is spinning trying to decide what to use in my 68 camaro. I like the simplicity of not having all of the wiring/ fuel tank issues associated with EFI but i know the EFI perform better than a carb. It is just to hard to pick. LOL

FWIW, I was in the same boat as you. I decided EFI because of reliability, fuel economy, and horsepower. Of course that all goes away as horsepower increases. Still working on the project but several guys with our first gens love their EFI LS engine evenin stock form. Also, saw your other post, shoot me a pm and I can send you a list of things you will need. Most importantly, remain focused:-)

I went with the carbed ls set up because i wanted to tune it myself....and Ive been tuning carbs a long time. Carbs are much better than they were 20 years ago.Honestly you can have issues with efi just as easily.....I am keeping my build as simple as possible.....carbed

Oh, I never have another carb it was a pain. Well, the double pumpers were constant problems. I had my 2000 Silverado, since October 1999 and never messed with the fuel injection setup yet.
