Morris seat belts
 

I need new seat belts to replace the original 34 year old ones. I know people have said they were pleased with Morris Classic Concept belts. What I'm curious about though, is has anyone had them rebuild their belts? I contacted them about color selection and which might match stock best and that's when they commented about rebuilding and rewebbing my original ones. I figure, if the new ones they make are good, then the rebuild service they offer should be as well but I wanted to ask first.

Iam looking to get 3points anyone have any experience with there belts?

I have morris classic in my 68. Only thing annoying is you do have to reach far back to grab the belt. Sometimes when pulling the belt it locks and I have to stop to get it to unlock.
But, I would definitely buy them again.

The stock 71 belts, with the shoulder harness locks you into the car much better than belts with a retractor

Yea just looked them and its seems to be in line with morris but $80 cheaper

Very satisfied with the belts other than the retractor locks are very sensitive (as in really sensitive) so you need to go into super slow motion when putting the belt on. Better than the opposite though!

Yea definitely dont want it not working when i need it. Looks good mounted futher back iam going to have to do the same at some point.

I've just put a set of Morris retractable 3-points in my 69 Camaro and yes when you reach back for the belt you have to be careful not to pull too fast or it will lock up.That being said it mounts right into the factory mounting points and I'm very happy with them.I'm running 97 Z-28 seats and that really adds to the comfort and control of the car.Those factory seats are painful for a long ride or so my back told me...
