Props to Detroit Speed
After finishing Power Tour with Mayhem I just have to mention how much I like Detroit Speeds subframe. This is my first car with their subframe and it just flat out works. I have not track tested it yet but Stielow has proven that aspect of it's function several times. My comment is more toward the ride quality. No rattles, bangs, creaks etc, just a nice smooth ride. It can be a fine line between performance and ride quality but this setup seems to have nailed it. Thanks Kyle, Stacy and the gang at D.S.E for making driving a old Camaro that much better.

I agree. Driving my blue 69 from DSE to Columbus with their sub and q link was just so smooth and easy. It did all things so well.
Mayhem is a very cool car. |
It was definitely one of the favorite aspects of my car. Every time I drove that car, the quality of the ride and handling was what stood out the most. My only gripe was the steering was a little light but that could have easily been fixed with a rack and they now have that option.

How was the T-56 Magnum to drive daily? Any commentary, noise, shift quality, etc.?

Mayhem had a full DSE chassis with JRI shocks. We spent one day at the track to dial in the shocks before OUSCI but other than that the chassis was as delivered from DSE. The chassis just works!
