Baer Floater conversion - anyone installed/running one?
 

I did some searching, but I didn't find any actual experience with this setup...

Is anyone running the Baer full floater conversion kit? If so, thoughts?

I have 1 specific question on this setup: if you are cutting an existing axle housing, how much do you have to cut to end up with the same wheel flange with this setup that you had when you started?

My rear axle housing is coming out for some work, so if I were ever going to consider this change, now is the time!
