Classic Autoglass Innovations/ Robert Jackson
I purchased a flush mount glass kit for my 1967 camaro on July 9, 2012. Now over 14 months later still no kit for my car. I phoned, emailed, hundreds of times in hopes of getting this kit.
I have now since sent a signed letter with a copy of my receipt to Robert Jackson requesting a refund and he still does not answer any of my attempts to move on. Please someone tell me there is an end in sight for me? I have spent too much time and effort on this purchase. This is not what I had planned on when Robert convinced his product was the one I should install on my car. Even at this point I am trying not to be negative. Very Disappointed |
