Adjustable panhard bar for the street
 

Ok I'm looking for some experience with panhard bar options that are both adjustable and good for street use. My car is a 66 Mustang. I'm in the process of modifying and installing a TCI torque arm. Specifically I've narrowed the frame rails and relocated the lower control arms to support wider tires. I'm now in the process of designing a panhard bar. The original setup that came with the torque arm is not adjustable (not much anyway). I'm looking for 6" of adjustment on both ends. Some of the options make me nervous for street use. The options and concerns are:

1. Brackets at both ends with multiple holes. Issue is ability to adjust the bar to parallel. Example

2. Brackets at both ends with slots. My concern here is that if you loose clamping load the affected end will move. Also I don't want to have to tighten it on a regular basis for street driving (I'm probably being a worry wort) Example

3. Serrated block. My concern here is that the panhard bar bolt is not supported on both ends in this example. Example


Any experience with these options? Especially the last two. Anything else I should consider?

Specifically I'm looking for street experience with adjustable panhard bars.
