It's insecurity to be bragging about oneself and it amazes me that people don't get how bad it makes them look.

My conclusion is that them hearing their boasts is more important than just about anything in their lives.

Agreed! I work with a guy that is just so full of himself. All he does is boast about himself and give off the image of power, when he really has none. And everybody talks bad about him behind his back.

I thought of this image below (O the humanity :lol: ) when I saw your post.

As the ridiculing of A-Rod continues years later for this pic (plus alleged long-term PED use etc.), it's an excellent example of how 'boasters' look to the rest of us when they go on and on about themselves. :BlahBlah:

What I really wanted to say was that he probably looks at nude pictures of himself when pleasuring himself! hahaha!

But what's strange is that outside of work, totally different...much more mellow and easy going. Its just at work he has something to prove....not sure what that is!
