Squeaky Door Hinges

Alright, time to consult the collective brain trust here! My daily is a 2006 Trailblazer. The doors on the drivers side are squeaky and it's driving me nuts. I've tried several general lubricants including white lithium grease spray and SeaFoam Deep Creep. Nothing has worked yet.

So, recommendations?
