Zinc Coating: who does this?
 

I need to have my front and rear rotors sent off to be coated with some sort of coating so they will never rust. Who does this? I know nothing about it. Is this the only way to prevent rotors from rusting? I was wondering if powder coating would work?

One of my biggest pet peeves is to see a nice looking set of wheels with surface rust on the rotors.

Just about any plating shop can do it. Plating will eventually wear away being in the elements. I would not powdercoat them. I would have them zinc washed or even tin flashed.
