Wheels for Chevelle
Having to put my Camaro aside for awhile, any sugestions for a period correct Chrome type wheel like a tourque thrust that would fit over 12.88" rotors with 6 piston rotors in front (black) 4 piston in back (black) for clearance on my 69 Chevelle, I've been told I would have to run at least a 18x8 or 10 for backspaceing Bolt pattern is 5,x4.75. Thanks:thumbsup:
PS Willwood Brake System |
There is a lot of different companies out there making basic chrome style wheels. American Racing Torq Thrust and Cragar SS are probably the most popular and "original."
If you're not stuck on the name brand there are some good alternatives that will make your wallet happy as well. For instance I just picked up a wheel line called ShowWheels and they have a American Racing Torq Thrust style wheel: http://www.showwheels.com.au/wheels/...l.php?Series=6 Hope that helps! |
Be careful of some of the cheaper cast one piece wheels as they may not have enough pad depth clearance for bigger brake packages. What kind of budget are you wanting to spend?
