Can you remove stains from coated headers?

My super shiny hooker supercomps that are ceramic coated got stained from a small oil pan leak.
The car is hardly driven. Has anybody successfully removed oil stains? Or has anybody tried and given up?

When I have gotten stains on my headers I just use Mother's Billet Polish and they come right off.
