DSE Hydroformed subframe and pwr steering fittings

How have you guys been able to install and tighten the power steering hoses to the steering rack? The return side fitting is impossible to install without unbolting the rack and forcing it down a bit. When I got the 6an fitting on threads, I found it impossible to fit any kind of wrench there.

Sorry for the crappy iphone pic, but you can see return fitting behind pressure side fitting.

And all DSE stuff

Is there something I can't figure out here?

Sometimes a Crows Foot wrench will work in those areas

I don't have part numbers, but DSE sells the fittings on their website. I would just buy them there.

As for the best way to tighten those fittings down, or undo them, should you need to, it is easiest to just unbolt the two main bolts on the rack and slide the rack out a bit. I've had to work on this setup about a dozen times, and the last time was at Optima when I broke a rack. Andy from DSE helped get it all back together and tightened the fittings before bolting the rack in place. It may seem like more work, but it is considerably less frustrating and, I think, faster as well.
