NEW Dakota Digital Gauges with black face, white lighting and red needles!
Dakota Digital has been offering their VHX gauges with either a Silver Alloy or Black Carbon face with Red or Blue lighting.
However for those looking for a more 'stock' look, they now offer a Black Alloy face with white lighting and red needles. These are BRAND new. They have officially been released, but they are still building them. We have the full line up on our site, check them out here: http://www.code510.com/brands/dakota-digital.html We have been taking orders for them, just be aware of a build time for them. http://i157.photobucket.com/albums/t...sc93b7019.jpeg http://i157.photobucket.com/albums/t...s726ace45.jpeg |
about time I have been waiting for these for a few years. I ask them about this at SEMA 2 years ago.

They are available for purchase on our site...but there will be the build time until they build up stock and we can get some on our shelves. |
Wow, those look great! I wonder if Dakota would retro-fit the black backing and red needle colors on one of the gray with blue needle units shipped out last year?
Love my gauges but those would make them look even sweeter. |
I'd like to see a pic of these for a Monte. Does anyone know if these gauges will work with the LS oil pressure & water temp sensor output? Currently I have 2 of each.

With an LS motor you can use the obdII bin module and gauge function runs off the ecm. No extra senders needed other than fuel.

No, I already have a set with the gray background, blue needles and lights that I purchased last year...
I really like the black background, white lights and red needles they are coming out with now though...would consider changing to them if not too cost prohibitive. |
looks sharp.
question do yall do any custom work on gauges? or know anyone? a 1970 Superbee project. I want to stay with the stock dash, but upgrade the gauges to a more modern type, but still have a nostalgic look. specifically.....the tictoctach. I want it to match the appearance of the other gauges. Perhaps a vhx/analog (?) speedo, but I'd like to have the hidden radar detector warning lights installed in the face of the speedo. are things like that possible? |
