Selling my '71 Pro-Touring Camaro
Item Location (City/State): Austin/Tx
Price:$169900.00 Description: 1971 Camaro Pro- Touring Guys, I'm selling my '71 Pro-Tour Camaro. Some of you have seen the build thread on this car last year. It has 8 miles on it. I just drove it down the street about a week ago for a rolling shot for Camaro Performers. In short, it had everything in the DSE catalog underneath of it. Eric@Griffith Metal Shaping built the car. He is a craftsman. He had over 2000 hrs in the build. The whole car was completely disassembled, blasted then reassembled. Everything was gapped and pinned before any body work was done. The bumpers were moved in about 1/2". The body work and paintwork was done by Custom Car Crafters. The body is lazer straight. Everything that was not painted silver has been painted hot rod black, including all inner fenders, inner doors ect. LS7 dry sump motor, 6 speed, Stainless headers, full stainless custom exhaust, Aluminum radiator w/ dual spa fans, Fikse wheels, big Baer 6 piston Brakes front& rear, Super 100 series narrowed fuel tank, Recaro seats, Custom roll bar, front chassis stiffener, dynamat, vintage air/ heat, custom stereo, custom front kick panels with separates, custom subwoofer box, power windows, DSE lights, wipers, deep tubs, Quadralink, full front subframe, subframe connectors, led lights, Autometer gauges w/led lights, remote battery & battery tender. I'm sure there is more that I have forgotten, but you get the idea of what has gone into this car. I have over $215k in it, as you can see. I don't drive it. I am going in another direction, so that's why I'm selling it. Weld, Rodger and Rob have personally seen this car and can vouch for it's build quality. If someone want's a turn key, "new car", this is it. Kyle said he could build one like this for about $250k and about a 2 year wait. It is on DSE website for sale also. I want someone to enjoy it. http://www.fototime.com/2BACA852958ED0F/large.jpg http://www.fototime.com/6732294ED21CF0A/large.jpg http://www.fototime.com/BB870B6FBB1FDC5/large.jpg http://www.fototime.com/7653394B9172DFF/large.jpg http://www.fototime.com/90DDE81D14457A7/large.jpg http://www.fototime.com/7EC44AB1297E701/large.jpg http://www.fototime.com/A49AF3777EA3CD8/large.jpg http://www.fototime.com/6C225BCD12D4B16/large.jpg http://www.fototime.com/C625C58C0A61406/large.jpg http://www.fototime.com/D81B77423B4CEFE/large.jpg http://www.fototime.com/985732A1FB94F7B/large.jpg http://www.fototime.com/750C61D8107C12C/large.jpg http://www.fototime.com/2F4A0074F9462F8/large.jpg http://www.fototime.com/987525862E39263/large.jpg http://www.fototime.com/4FFB054D2F05B7D/large.jpg |
Hot damn that is nice. I've seen it in person too. Stunning.

Geez what's not to like. LS7, 6 gear, Fikse wheels etc etc. Why buy a used F430 when you could have that? GLWS man.
|
I'm afraid to ask what "other direction" you're going in?!? If you're getting away from cars like this, it can't be good... maybe a TAs only stable?
