Anyone near Sacramento that can look at a car?

My good friend in Portland, OR is interested in a 72 Camaro with an LS1 swap that he found in Sacramento craigslist. The car owner said the car is solid with no rust, but just wondering if anyone near by can take a look at the car and verify the owner's claim?
