Thanks Ron! Really hate to see it go, but unfortunately it does! Spent a lot of time piecing this thing together to be built right and the way that I wanted it.

What is the expected cost to finish the engine for say a mild street engine? And what trans/clutch setup works with that bell housing?

Onelapduster the rest of the parts you would need like intake, headers, etc. can all be found easily. Youll have to figure out what you want and have the block machined to your specification and its capabilities. Any reputable engine shop could help you.

The clutch setups for that bell housing are the smaller stilton or quartermaster units. All depends on what you want, how you prefer to drive, power, feel, etc.

You may have to do a transadpter depending on what you want. Hope that helps.

Not my sales thread but thought I might help out. Most of the time those motors run a Tilton 7.25 triple disc clutch. Can find them used and in good shape for $200-$300. Bell housing is for Muncie or Super T-10 style bolt pattern. Most would run a Jerico/Tex 101 style dog ring 4 speed. $1700 to $2800 rebuilt with shifter. I think a TKO 5 speed has the same bolt pattern but doubt it would handle the HP.

Would not use mild and this motor in the same sentence. With 10:1 compression is will still make 675-700 hp at close to 9000 rpm with that short stroke. Bump the compression to 12:1, and as Ron Sutton stated, 850 hp motor.

I was going to put one of these in a 70 Cuda.

Awesome list of parts for pennies here. So cool for someone's Mopar project. Or heck, even someone could put this in a GM or Furd and create yet another bastard project. :D

Yes indeed, while still a little radical, it will be tamer and more streetable because we added cubes (4" stroke) and toned down the cam profile/events that these normally use to hit 9000 rpm.

Either way, I hope to see this go into a cool project. :thumbsup:
