Floor and dash coating

I've got my floor and under dash clean what products are you using to get a good seal like por15 or another product. I had to replace the upper cowl and top of dash. Upper cowl is bare metal with some kinda coating and upper dash has the black primer. Floors are stripped and ready to coat.

Clean prepped metal....DP90 (epoxy primer), sealer, then single stage satin black.

Don't know why you would want to brush on that POR garbage on clean metal. POR = paint over rust
