Very clean LS powered '78 K10 Silverado on Power Tour
@JeridSuchy: 1978 silverado 5.3 ls 4l70e.
http://i87.photobucket.com/albums/k1...ps54822f24.jpg Reminds me of Rocky's GMC on 'The Rockford Files'. |
And wouldn't a "chrome roll bar" and a step side, gold paint be the 6 million dollar man?
Nonetheless, probably my favorite gm p/u body style right there, i've always wanted one... |
Fallguy I believe, Mike.
Good looking truck right there. |

Here's one of 'em. |
Remember the 1980 GMC and Chevy's had square headlights. IIRC they were an option.
I had forgotten about this special edition GMC model. My new fav of the 1973-1980 trucks. http://i87.photobucket.com/albums/k1...ps0cf022f9.jpg |
I never knew about those trucks, Skip. I've never seen the short box one before. I bet it's pretty rare. Good looking truck.
I do remember this truck from Cannonball Run but didn't realize it was a factory truck, or the same thing as what you posted, Skip, until I went searching for it. Cool stuff. http://autobahnmotorsgroup.com/wp-co...22_860x571.jpg |

First off Adam, thank you for your service to this country. :thumbsup:
My Dad and and Father-in-law both served in the Navy. I like those pics. What have you got planned for it? |

Very cool. :thumbsup: Nice too for folks that need a dually could replicate the 1980 Indy truck look if they don't buy new for whatever reason, and have something different than 99.9% of what's out there. |
