New rear end?
 

Hi I was thinking of buying one of these.

It’s a Jaguar Rear End its about 1½ meters wide, and I’m thinking of rebuilding my Malibu with one of those and some other modifications of corse. Do you believe that’s a good idea or shall i go with a 4-link. It’s cheap by the way, about $720.

A couple of determining factors first off would be the amount of torque it can handle vs. the available torque from your engine, also what gear ratios are possible...it may seem cheap initially but might not be, once all aspects to make it actually work are addressed...
