Backup track car

Some of you remember my 69 Camaro. I've had a couple of issues at the track this year so I thought I'd do a Greg Weld and pickup a backup car!! Supposed to be picked up tomorrow at Munday Chevy in Houston.

Nice dude, you are going to have a hell of a lot of fun with it. Did they really have that on the lot or did you order it? I was under the impression that every one of them were already spoken for.

Number 9 car on floor in North Las Vegas -- $25K over sticker. White number 219 car on floor in Mesa Az - $10K over sticker.

As was I, but apparently the 500 or so built, were all claimed by dealerships, not necessarily individuals. These cars should sell fast, upon delivery.
I'm not much on the gen5 cars, but these Z's are impressive. If I owned one, I'd get Mark to sign the dash, and park it, which would be a waste of a very capable track car indeed.

Exactly right, certain dealers were allocated 1 or more and other dealers didn't get any. The dealership posted this one for sale (at sticker btw) on their web site. Found quite a few out there for sale but it took a while to find a gray one.
I already thought about getting Mark to sign the dash, but it's definitely getting driven on the track, but only as a backup
