Steering Vibration Damper

Does anyone have an opinion the steering vibration dampers. Worth it or not for R&P systems?

they do help but since the rack is rubber mounted you should be ok.

I have one on mine, I've had it on there since day one so I'm not sure what it would be like without it. DSE recommended it so I used it.
