I just went through this on my car. I would highly recommend buying a one piece trunk pan from someone, it will save a bunch of time and will make for less welding for you, I used dynacorn and it fit really well. I was actually shocked at how well it fit. My trunk drop-offs were from AMD and didn't fit very well at all, I am actually thinking about buying some from dynacorn because I haven't installed them yet. I was really surprised because everyone seems to say that AMD is the best but all I had to do with the trunk pan was bend some of the points where it welds to the other panels. I only went with them because there is a warehouse in Pittsburgh where I could just go pick it up without waiting on the freight truck to drop it off. Let me know if you have any questions.

Grif54, were you able to install the one piece trunk pan without removing your quarters?

Chris, I purchased my trunk pan through a local dealer for Dynacorn and picked it up myself at Dynacorns' warehouse in the Pittsburgh area. It fit really well, I was actually shocked at the fitment. I did get a quote from Matt's Classic Bowties and the had a price that couldn't be beat on an AMD pan, but with shipping it was about the same. I didn't go with them because I just didn't want to deal with the truck freight side of things. You might call them and see if you can just pick up the pan from AMD if you are close to them, they are great people to deal with. Have fun!

We use Dynacorn parts pretty often, usually they're good quality. Occasionally with any sheet metal manufacturer you'll get a batch of parts that weren't the greatest.. And plus everything is made in Taiwan so naturally they're not going to be 100% accurate.
Not to mention the bodies are 40+ years old and may have been produced at several manufacturing plants!

Feel free to PM me for a quote on these parts from Dynacorn as we're a dealer. They have warehouses in PA and CA.
