BMR & "Highway to Sell"

BMR Suspension Teams Up With Discovery Channel’s “Highway To Sell”!

If you’re a fan of automotive televisions shows, then chances are you’ve seen Discovery Channel’s new series “Highway To Sell”. The series follows hosts, Dennis Pittsenbarger and Slick, owner of Slick’s Garage, as they find neglected cars whose owners don’t have the means to finish them. Dennis and Slick partner with the owners and put some love and money back into these rides to get them back on the road.

BMR Suspension is proud to partner with “Highway To Sell” on the ’67 Chevrolet Chevelle build, which airs tonight, September 29th at 10:00 pm Est. This once drag car has been left sitting for nearly 10 years and is in dire need of some TLC. Dennis and Slick decided to throw the BMR catalog at the Chevelle, making it equally as capable on the street as it is on track.

"It was great working with my long time friend Pete to get his '67 Chevelle back on the road,” Explains host Dennis Pittsenbarger. “With his connection to BMR and having access to its products helped put that personal touch the Chevelle needed to be a standout ride!”

Be sure to tune in to see BMR on Discovery Channel’s “Highway To Sell” tonight at 10:00!

Watched the show. It was interesting. It didn't seem like they ever said the word "BMR" or showed the product other than a quick glance at a sway bar. Is that what they promissed?

Actually they didn't promise anything as they paid for the Parts. I was hoping for some shots of the Suspension. They did have Pete walking around with his BMR T-Shirt!

This was the best Episode of the Season IMHO and there is only one more in the Can. The Viewer Numbers have been good, so if it gets picked up for a 2nd Season I would think that they would make some changes.

#1 I wish they would make it one car per episode, so that way they could show more work on the cars.

#2 Get rid of the impossible Deadline

#3 Get some people into the Auction - they can't do a Big Auction (like B-J or Mecom) as they won't allow a Film Crew around.

I think I stumbled upon the show over the weekend. Was the other episode involving the purchase of a yellow el camino? Regardless, congrats on the coverage guys. I hope it brings some business y'all's direction.

I noticed your suspension under the car and the guy wearing your tshirt. Good for you guys.

There was a El Camino a couple of weeks ago, I can't remember if it was Yellow to start. I know it had a bunch of primer on it and it ended up a Dark Cherry Red with a Wood (Oak) Bed. That was a really nice car!

We didn't get much coverage but we know the Guys on the Show really well, so hopefully we can do some more if the show is picked up for a 2nd season.
