Cross member for Richmond 5spd

Looking for a bolt in or weld in that will work with stock sub frame. I have both factory T400 and T350 ones now and are to far off. Running 3" exhaust so clearence is an issue. Thanks in advance.

The turbo 400 crossmember will work with a little welding.
