Flush Glass on 1970 Chevelle or "A-bodies for that matter"

I really like the flush glass look on classic cars. I have done some internet research and it doesn't appear that there is a company providing a flush mount glass kit for the 70's era A-bodies. the only kits appear to be for the 67-69 Camaros. Does anyone know of a company that is providing a flush mount kit for the 1970 Chevelle? I am getting ready for paint and if I have to do any modifications to the window openings I want to do it prior to that. Has anyone done this type of application before?

Any advice on how to proceed would be helpful guys. Thank you.

Yes we are working on Chevelle and will have it out this year. Keep your fingers crossed as it will be sick.

You might try contacting Pilkington Classics. They manufacture glass for a lot of classic cars.

Fesler looking for doner / Loaner Chevelle - Flush Glass Kit

I just spoke with Chris Fesler over at Fesler and they are fully on board to start making Flush Glass kits for Chevelle. They need a 70-72 Chevelle doner or loaner car to get the glass made. After that it will be a few months before they will be available. So if there is anyone in Arizona that can get them a 70-72 Chevelle to use it won't be long until they can make this happen.

Pretty sure you can get a thicker eeurethane rope seal, or just put tiny spaces to hold it flush, and use urethane walking
You can get the black trip by the roll to go between glass and body.
But without cutting glass to fit the gap better, you will ne stuck with a big plastic spacer

The rope seal is not urethane and should never be used. You could however cut the tip different on the urethane tube and make a taller bead.
