Markings on T56 Magnum

Does anyone know what's up with all the markings on new T-56 Magnums? Looks like an autograph fest on it. I bought a TKO not that long ago and no such markings all over it.

Also does anyone know how to decode the build date?

they look like set up notes. comes off real easy.
