Battery relocation
 

This is a nit-picky question but: battery in trunk down in spare tire well (rear percentage and lower CG) or up at the trunk front (lower polar moment yet relatively higher CG and less rear percentage)?

Both are probably better than battery up front...

If you want to get REAL picky, then between the pas side wheel well and the back of the trunk so it's offset weight from the driver AND near the back of the car.

unless it's an all-out race car, I dont know that the difference of being in the spare tire section is really going to count for much.

Either way, yes... battery in the back.
