The team at Schwartz Performance is responsible for the entire build of the original turbo T/A. The foundation for the Trans Am is one of the company’s elite G-Machine full frames. This chassis provides the F-body the strength needed to harness the twin turbo LS9 powerplant - which has produced a ‘mild’ 1,041.55-horsepower at the rear wheels.

Motor looks like a 4in stroked LS3. LS9 and LSA motors had superchargers on top.

Which if I'm not mistaken, he removed and added twin turbos.

It's an LS9 block & heads, custom built 6.9L engine. Not much stock about the engine :)
