Upol Raptor?

Just about to the point of teardown and start on paint,, finally. I have noticed quite a few guys using the Upol Raptor kits. I have a 69 Camaro and I am thinking about going this route. I am just curious if you think I need to seal it the spray the upol raptor or if I can spray over clean bare metal how it will hold up.
Thanks Travis

I would definitely seal the bare metal with epoxy first. If you are using the black then seal it in black epoxy first and you Raptor liner will cover better. You will love it the stuff works great.

^ I agree.

A lot of guys use it, but I like SEM better because it color matches better and gives a very similar finish.

Southern Polyurethanes bed liner is a great product that can be tinted.

We always seal the bottom with a coat or two of epoxy before bedliner. We also use the upol raptor. Works great for us.

Southern Polyurethanes discontinued their liner. The owner recommends SEM as a substitute.
