Making brake lines need some help

Have a hard time getting the bubble formed for a double flare. For the first step the bubble is just not forming so basically I have single flares for brake lines if I do not fix the problem. Not sure what going on unless I am not getting enough tube above the die holder and beveled before pressing it with a die.
Thanks

vstol,

What type of tubing are you using?

Make sure you're using the flared side of the line clamp!

......and the most important part, don't forget to put the gravel guard and flare nut on before flaring. :)

:headscratch:

Are you not removing the adapter and finishing the flare with the swivel?

I think the step I missed was the chamfer of the tube before going into the die, also I was looking at the first picture via my phone which gave me a different look, no issues with the first pic. I am heading out to try again, thanks

No chamfering.......I cut the line with a wheel type tubing cutter, install the line in the clamp bar using the boss on the adapter to set stick out, install the adapter in the line end, press the double bubble, remove the adapter, and press with the swivel.

thanks but I just do not get the thickness around the edges like yours, its not a bubble before I press it one more time with the swivel
