Not a Lat-G Car, but tow rig. 2010 GMC Sierra 2500HD Crew Cab SWB
6 Attachment(s)
Item Location (City/State): Baldwin, KS (Right now) soon to be NH
Price: 29K or trade Description: 44K miles on the 364hp (factory, never tuned) 6.0L with intake, 6L90E, NP271, 14B rear, 4.10 gears on 34" Toyo AT's (20" 5 spoke rock star rims with TPMS). Speedo is tuned for the gear ratio, the truck is not lifted but is aligned correctly. Factory alarm and remote start. Factory locker, factory traction control. No rust or rot, frame was completely blasted and painted in 2012 by the dealership. Always maintained by Quirk Chevy in Manchester, NH. Synth oil changes every 5K miles. Fab Fours front winch bumper with 18K Warn (used once), Rydel LED fog lights, factory fogs loaded with HID's, 2" receiver. Fab Fours rear bumper with LED back up lights. Truck also has HID headlights and LED tail lights. Also has load assist bags for towing. I've towed my little Cat 304C excavator (11Klbs with 2K trailer) with this and the 6 speed trans, integrated brake controller with the computer controlling down shifts (compression braking) was amazing. I have a 12v compressor and in-cab switches, but never installed them, as I've only used the load assist bags once. When I first got it, I yanked the entire interior out, sound dead-end the hell out of it, installed factory seat heaters and Katzkin leather seat surfaces. It's quiet inside for one of these trucks. The stereo is a wee bit off the hook, it's 13 speakers, with all the stuff to drive it - build log: http://www.diymobile...-t-2lb-bag.html Pioneer AVIC 130-BT - Navigation, hands free, back up camera, DVD, Satellite, 1x JBL MS-8 - Time alignment and sound shaping. 2x Zed Audio Leviathan III - six channel,190w per channel x2 amps. 3 x Morel Supremo Piccolo tweeters (1900hz up) 3 x Scanspeak 12m midranges (375hz to 1900hz) 2 x Morel Elate 9" Subwoofers (50hz to 375hz) 1 x Focal 27KX subwoofer (50hz and below) MB Quart DKH 116. - rear fill XM Radio on factory antennae Factory rear view camera on AVIC130BT A boatload of sound deadening: Front Doors (each): 8 CLD Tiles, outer skin 3 CLD Tiles, probably cut into smaller pieces, inner skin Extruded Butyl Rope 10.9 ft² MLV 10.9 ft² 1/4" CCF 3 Velcro Strips, adhesive 2 sides Rear Doors (each): 6 CLD Tiles, outer skin 2 CLD Tiles, probably cut into smaller pieces, inner skin Extruded Butyl Rope 8.5 ft² MLV 8.5 ft² 1/4" CCF 2.5 Velcro Strips, adhesive 2 sides Floor: 14 CLD Tiles 48 ft² MLV 48 ft² 1/4" CCF Roof: 16 CLD Tiles Back Wall: 10 CLD Tiles 16.3 ft² MLV 16.3 ft² 1/8" CCF A few hundred hours of labor. I also added dual 1000 CCA AGM batteries, a 180 amp (at idle - 305 amp at high rpm) alternator and a dash switched battery isolator. There is more 1 gauge wire in this thing than in most welders. I could also be talked into adding a blower, if the deal's right. I have a LSA set up that will fit this motor and bump the HP/TQ up a fair bit. It's what I planned to do to haul my trailer with a bit more fuel economy. Then I had a 41' all enclosed ready to race goose-neck fall into my lap. I really needed dual rear wheels to pull it. I have the title in my hand. 29K cash (or interesting trades) with all the goodies. I can certainly remove some items to bring the cost down. Dealer offered me 27K for it and told me to keep all the modifications. Really seemed like too much work. I built the truck to be able to tow a single Jeep and go recover it if needed. It's done that once in the 5 years I owned it. I bought it new and dumped more than 10K into it to make it do what I wanted. The bed box will probably go in my new truck. Kids are not included, either. What I define as interesting trades: Very nice power boats, newer than 2006. Porsche, Classic non rusty, non project GM or Mopar collectible cars, older than 73, things that make very load noises when you pull a trigger, campers that sleep 8 and do not leak. I expect full value in trade or cash. I can also add cash for the right deal. |
