We have all been to those meeting where someone wants you to give over 100%

Here’s a little mathematical formula that might help you answer these questions:

I'm ok with the 96-98%. We've got people that do work and people that talk about doing work....I'll stick with the guys that do work.

Attitude is everything. In my trade the relationship is just as important as the work being done.
