Garage Upgrade
After roughly 5 years of attempting to work on my Camaro in my small 1 car garage, I decided to branch out and rent some space.
I'm splitting the cost with a friend, and our rough plan is to get started working on our cars and acquire tools along the way. Tools we have so far: -80 Gal Air compressor -Miller 211 Welder -very entry level drill press -very entry level band saw -basic tools that we have both acquired over the years Things we are looking to find in the near future: -bead roller -metal brake -TIG -English wheel (may build) -Fab Table (will build) http://i987.photobucket.com/albums/a...psllzi4qnr.jpghttp://i987.photobucket.com/albums/a...pstz5dvr8l.jpg putting up an mezzanine http://i987.photobucket.com/albums/a...ps0mi61dbp.jpg Air Compressor up top and out of the way http://i987.photobucket.com/albums/a...pst2plvwg9.jpg plenty of room for us to work....for now I'm sure it will fill up quickly http://i987.photobucket.com/albums/a...psnhtqw9te.jpg |
Looks great! That will make a huge difference.

Nice move, Enjoy the new space.

This is a great idea. Just having a space to put the car on a lift and work on it would be worth it. Split the cost with other like minded friends. Turn it into a hangout spot for car guys to talk and work on their cars.
