12 Bolt width
Hey Guys, Do I need a shortened rear end when using the ridetech bolt in 4 link and mini tubs? I am looking to run 18x11's on the back of my 68 camaro with AMD mini tubs. I am not looking for a DEEP dish rim so can i get away with a stock width camaro 12 bolt?
Thank you |
The only reason you'd ever need to narrow a rear end is to run a deeper dish wheel.
So no, you can use the stock width. |
I have 18x12 wheels and 335 tires on my '69 with stock width 12 bolt and ridetech rear suspension. The wheel lip is about 4".
