LSX tune in NC?

I have a new LSX454 with a LS7 intake and ECU.

Engine surges at low rpm.

Anyone know of a reputable tuner in the North Carolina area?

I used RPM to get my new LS3 with Texas speed cam tuned,very good guys there!!!
