Front fender wheel lip clearancing 69 Camaro/Firebird

I need to clearance the inner fender-wheel well area on my 69 firebird a little to fix a few spots where my 275's rub with my Tru Turn suspension. It is mainly at full lock. What is the best way to go about this? The car is on a 2-post lift and I have a mig welder and lots of tools!
