Alex's 67 Firebird
5 Attachment(s)
I picked up this Firebird a couple weeks ago. My wife's parents used to own it, I bought it from the guy who bought it from them. My wife thought it would be cool to own the car that her folks had when they were young. The car is very original, paint is pretty good and the rest is mostly untouched. I have a bunch of parts left over from the various Nova iterations, so away we go.
Parts I have -CPP Big front brakes/pwr booster and drop spindles -QA1 Pro coils front and rear shocks -17" 5 spokes with BFG KDW's -ProForged front end kit (tall uppers, lwrs, tie rod ends, aluminum adjusters) -ProSystems carb Need to buy -2004r trans -Rear end gears and posi -Exhaust -4 barrel intake (keeping the 326 Pontiac even though they suck) -Fast ratio steering gear -Updated wiring harness -Gauges -Shifter conversion That is the basics of the hardware. I plan to blast and detail the underneath and pretty much clean up and dial in the rest. Ultimate goal is to make the car drive nice. Going back to back driving the stock Bird, and then my Nova is crazy. These things in stock form really don't cut it. |
Nice looking car, looks solid.
