Vintage Air (compressor) mounting brkt. opinions wanted.

Good afternoon all, I am looking for opinions on the after market A/C compressor mounting brackets for an LS-1 engine. The Vintage Air (Sanden 508) compressor mounts up high and I am aware of two mounts and I am sure there are others. What does eveyone reccomend. I know of the Holley 20-134 brkt. and that also requires a spacer # 21-2 or the Kwik Performance. The Holley is cast aluminum and looks factory, the Kwik Performance is flat stock aluminum with spacers. Should I be considering another brand, please chime in with your thoughts and experience. The rest of my pulley/drive system is factory stock 2004 GTO LS-1. Thank You.

don't use the kwik, they have a tendency to squeal because they don't line up perfectly. I prefer the holley bracket for use with factory brackets.

Another vote for the Holley AC bracket. I am using it with the stock corvette serp setup and it works great and looks like it is factory.

I have the Holley bracket and it looks great, but mine squeaks. Everything is brand new and I have tried multiple belts, tensioners and idlers to no avail.

Good info!! what belt did you end up with and did you have to add a Holley spacer kit?

Do you have the right kit with the right spacers? I have never had a holley bracket squeak.

I am a big fan of the Katech non spring loaded belt tensioner. Might want to give that a go...

Yes, I have all the right parts and have even confirmed it with a Holley tech rep.

Thank You everyone for chiming in, when I order my Vintage Air unit I will be ordering the Holley set up. This forum is a great resource for real world applications. Thanks so much.
