Questions on Gauges,, Holley Digital Dash

am working on a 69 Camaro ls3 supercharged with a holley hp ecu. I purchased the holley digital dash to run for gauges. I have two ideas I am considering.
1. Order a anvil blank dash or dse and mount the holley hp dash to it similar to how racepak gauge panels are mounted. Then install a classic custom truck console and mount stereo into the console.
2. Order a speedo and tach and install in dse or similar gauge panel and install the holley digital dash in the console where the stereo would have been and do something different with stereo. I like the idea of the holley setup being compatible with the holley hp ecu. It seems to be pretty simple install and I can do everything I would like to do.
I would like to monitor the following items.
Speedo,Tach, A.F. Ratio, Oil Pressure, Oil Temp, Boost, Battery Voltage, Coolant Temp, Fuel Pressure.
Please tell me if I am going in the wrong direction..
Thanks Travis

The only suggestion I would make is to consider mounting the Holley unit higher (in the dash) rather than lower (in the console) to make it easier to read without taking your eyes off the road as long.
I have a FAST e-dash, and had it first mounted higher (suction cupped to the ashtray), then moved it lower (under the dash) because it looks much better there. However, it is not as easy to glance at. And there is so much info available to read, I find myself often looking at A/F, coolant temp, map, etc.
They can be a bit distracting.

Just my $.02.
